Welcome to RushMeme, operated by REATc Ltd (Rush East Africa Tech Company Limited). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing your access to our global image meme network, synchronized comedy audio beats, and creator monetization economy.
You Own Your Content
You retain all copyright to your original meme creations while granting RushMeme a worldwide license to display them.
Fair 40% Creator Pool
Eligible creators earn monthly payouts calculated transparently from traffic weight, CPS rank, and fan contributions.
Community Protection
Clear 3-strike policy with AI-assisted appeals to ensure safe, hate-free entertainment across all 12 cultural nodes.
Citizen Eligibility & Account Identity
To publish, react, or monetize on RushMeme, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your sovereign territory). By registering an account, you affirm that all details submitted are truthful and accurate.
MemesDoo User ID & Secret Recovery Key
Every citizen is provisioned a permanent MemesDoo User ID (e.g., MD-XXXXXX) and a confidential Secret Recovery Key. You are solely responsible for keeping this key confidential. RushMeme staff will never ask for your Secret Recovery Key.
User-Generated Content & Platform License
You retain all ownership rights in the original text, captions, graphics, and memes you submit to RushMeme. However, by uploading content to our network:
- Worldwide Display License: You grant RushMeme and REATc Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, cache, distribute, reproduce, and display your uploaded memes on the Home FYP feed, stories carousel, search engine snippets, and social previews.
- Cultural Regional Syndication: Your content may be indexed into relevant cultural language hubs (e.g. Swahili, French, English, Arabic) based on linguistic context and hashtags.
- Right to Delete: You can delete your memes from your gallery at any time, immediately removing them from public feed indexes.
Synchronized Audio Tracks & Comedic Soundbites
RushMeme features short comedic sound clips and regional bongo beats paired with image memes. When you use platform audio:
Audio soundbites are limited to brief comedic parody clips and transformative cultural commentary under international fair use doctrines.
Platform sound labels display artist attribution where applicable. Creators may not extract raw audio files for standalone commercial resale.
Creator Economy: 40% Pool & Payout Rules
RushMeme operates a transparent revenue sharing model designed to reward original cultural humor:
The 40% / 60% Revenue Architecture
40% of net platform advertising revenue is pooled into the Creator Performance Pool. The remaining 60% funds high-speed CDN infrastructure, server maintenance, anti-fraud telemetry, and legal compliance.
Monetization Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum 5 original memes uploaded and 25 verified community likes.
- Good standing with 0 community strikes (less than 5 valid reports).
- Active Creator Performance Score (CPS) calculated from dwell time and organic engagement.
- Minimum payout threshold: $10.00 USD via M-Pesa or supported electronic wallets.
Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Violations
To preserve a safe, hilarious environment for all citizens, the following activities are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account restriction:
Attacking protected characteristics, ethnic groups, or religion.
Explicit sexual acts, non-consensual imagery, or adult nudity.
Publishing private phone numbers, home addresses, or stalking.
Automated scripts to artificially boost likes, views, or CPS.
Posting links to deceptive sites, scam lotteries, or malicious files.
Encouraging self-harm, terrorism, or violence against individuals.
Three-Strike Moderation & AI Appeal System
We employ automated contextual resonance filters alongside human community moderation:
- Strike 1 (5 Verified Reports): Warning signal sent to creator console; offending meme hidden from discovery feeds.
- Strike 2 (10 Verified Reports): 7-day monetization freeze and upload throttling.
- Strike 3 (15 Verified Reports): Network restriction (account suspension).
- Fair AI Appeal Review: Restricted creators may submit an official Appeal through their profile console. If justified, accounts are reactivated with offending content purged.

RushMeme respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed without authorization:

RushMeme is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. REATc Ltd makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or comedic quality. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REATc Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REATc Ltd is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
